1. ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS (PRE-TRANSFER)

You have the right to cancel your order before the seller has transferred the purchased Counter-Strike 2 item to your Steam account.

1.2 How to Cancel

To cancel a purchase, please navigate to your "buy list page" and click the "Cancel" button. You can cancel at any time before the item is transferred to your Steam account. The funds used for the purchase will be refunded to your WOW Skins account balance.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically credited to your account balance immediately. However, in rare cases, processing may take additional time due to system delays or other technical factors.

1.3 Account Balance and Deposits

Users deposit funds into their WOW Skins account balance before making purchases. When you cancel an order before delivery, the refund is credited back to your WOW Skins account balance, not to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).

1.4 Deposit Refunds

Deposits made to your WOW Skins account are generally non-refundable to your original payment method. We do not process refunds of account balance deposits back to bank accounts, credit cards, or other payment methods except in exceptional circumstances, which may include:

2. FINAL SALE (POST-DELIVERY)

2.1 Irreversible Trades

Once the seller has successfully delivered the purchased Counter-Strike 2 item to your Steam account, and you have accepted the trade on Steam, the transaction is considered final and irreversible on the Steam network.

2.2 No Refunds After Delivery

Due to the nature of digital item transfers on the Steam network, we cannot offer refunds after the item has been delivered to your Steam account. This is because the trade cannot be reversed by WOW Skins on Steam.

2.3 Verification Before Acceptance

We strongly encourage you to carefully inspect the trade offer on Steam before accepting it. While WOW Skins has automated measures to ensure that you receive the exact item you have purchased, we still recommend that you verify the item matches what you expect before accepting the Steam trade.


3. RESELLING ITEMS

3.1 Resale Option

If you have purchased an item by mistake, or no longer wish to keep it, you are welcome to list it for sale again on the WOW Skins marketplace, subject to our standard listing guidelines and fees.

3.2 Pre-Delivery Cancellation

If the item has not been delivered yet, you may choose to cancel your purchase via the website as outlined in Section 1.


4. DISPUTES AND ISSUES (NOT RELATED TO REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY)

4.1 Non-Delivery Issues

If the seller does not deliver the item in a timely manner, you can choose to cancel your purchase as outlined in Section 1.

4.2 Wrong Item Received

If you receive a different item than purchased, please contact support immediately at support@wowskins. Typically you will be automatically refunded in scenarios like this without having to contact support.

4.3 Technical Errors

In cases of technical errors resulting in duplicate charges or incorrect pricing, please contact support. We will investigate and process appropriate refunds where applicable.


5. CHARGEBACKS

5.1 Contact Support First

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, you agree to first contact WOW Skins support to attempt to resolve any issues or disputes related to your purchase. We are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.

5.2 Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WOW Skins support and providing us with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue may be considered an unauthorized chargeback.
